29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Alejandros Roofing LLC at 827 Spruce Ct., Frederick, CO 80530: On and before April 6, 2021, the employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that 4 employees engaged in roofing activities on a multi-level roof of a residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 27 feet.
