29 CFR  1910.106(d)(3)(ii):  Flammable liquid storage cabinet(s) were not labeled in conspicuous lettering, "Flammable - Keep Fire Away":  Work Yard:  A Flammable liquid storage cabinet located adjacent to the outside south wall of the work trailer was used to hold gas cans and other flammable materials used for lawn mowers, weed eaters, and gators and did not have legible lettering of "Flammable - Keep Fire Away".  Employees exposed to explosive and fire hazards.

29 CFR  1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed:  Work Yard: Employees were conducting landscaping and grounds maintenance operations using chemicals such as but not limited to Cheetah Pro Herbicide, Tzone Broadleaf Herbicide, Mallet 2F T&O Insecticide, Snapshot 2.5 Herbicide without the employer verifying a workplace hazard assessment was conducted with a written certificate. The employees were potentially exposed to dermal, eye, and respiratory hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  Work Yard:  Employees were working with hazardous chemicals such as Cheetah Pro Herbicide, Tzone Broadleaf Herbicide, Mallet 2F T&O Insecticide, Snapshot 2.5 Herbicide without the employer having  product safety data sheets available in the workplace.  The employees were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):  Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  Work Yard and Grounds: Employees used Cheetah Pro Herbicide, Tzone Broadleaf Herbicide, Mallet 2F T&O Insecticide, Snapshot 2.5 Herbicide during landscape and grounds maintenance operations which included mechanical dispensing and backpack spraying of plants, trees, and lawns. The employer had not provided training specific to the health and safety hazards at the time of the initial assignment.  The employees were exposed to dermal, respiratory irritation, and eye hazards.
