At 109 Pomodora Circle in Wentzville, MO - On or about April 14, 2021, employees were exposed to elevated fall hazards of approximately 8 to 15 feet above an earth surface while sheathing a residential roof and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.
