29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators. On or about 04/23/2021 employees at the Wallace Street roofing project were using their RGC PRO 200 TRAC materials hoist not in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and limitations. The employees were using the hoist tracks as a ladder.
