29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Spring Hill Suites located at 230 N. Interstate Pkwy., Atlanta, GA 30339, West side, third floor roof: On or about 02/05/2021, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 32-feet to the lower level, in that employees were not provided with fall protection while engaged in window installation on rooms 433 and 435.
