At a residential worksite located at Lot 242 NW 107th St KC MO -- Employees were engaged in roofing duties using pneumatic nail guns and not wearing any eye protection. This exposed employees to struck by hazards from debris getting in their eyes. This was documented on or about 04/22/2021.
