29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 158th Terr., in Overland Park, KS 66223: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities, walking, and working on a 6:12 pitch roof, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet from the eve of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.   Jose Silvestre Mateo Orellana was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526994, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/03/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 242 NW 107th St, Kansas City, MO.  Jose Silvestre Mateo Orellana was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522850, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2403 W 146th Street, Leawood, KS.
