29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(i):1910.178(l)(4)(iii): An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance shall be conducted at least once every three years. (a) Facility Wide - On April 27, 2021, the employer did not provide authorized forklift operators with an evaluation of their performance once every three years. In accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
