Heritage Tile, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1172692, citation number 1, item number 9c and was affirmed as a final order on 9-27-2017, with respect to a workplace located at 312 Investment Court in Verona, WI.
