1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall:  (a) Fred Loya Insurance Agency, Inc. at 4725 S. Monaco St., Ste 206, Denver, CO 80237: On or about April 1, 2021, the employer did not develop or implement timely and effective measures to mitigate the exposures to the hazard of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Employees with symptoms were allowed to work together in close proximity exposing them to the hazard of contracting COVID-19.  Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement for this hazard include those listed below.  These methods, when implemented in conjunction with one another, further increase the effectiveness.    Among other methods, recognized and feasible means of abatement for this hazard include:  1.	Ensure employees practice social distancing in all work areas.   2.	Ensure employees exhibiting symptoms are quarantined from the workplace until proof of a negative test can be obtained.   3.	Consider utilizing telework practices to ensure symptomatic employees are not in the workplace.   4.	Ensure employees who indicate symptoms on the symptom questionnaire are not in contact with the workplace or other employees.   5.	Employees should wear face coverings in accordance with CDC guidelines.
