29 CFR  1910.219(c)(2)(i):  All exposed parts of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform, excepting runways used exclusively for oiling, or running adjustments, shall be protected by a stationary casing enclosing shafting completely or by a trough enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting as location requires:  At a facility located 124 East Bronson Road, Seymour, WI 54165; the exposed parts of rotating horizontal shafts were not completely protected by casing, trough and/or guarding. The horizontal shafts were rotated by a motor, which powered pumps at the Falling Foam Chiller in the Intake/Milk Receiving area. Maintenance employees were exposed to the rotating shafts during greasing operations.
