29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about May 5, 2021 employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working in the Paint Vault and the employer did not ensure employees were not exposed to live electrical wires by covering the face of an electrical outlet (120 volt). (b) On or about May 5, 2021 employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working in the Compressor Room and the employer did not ensure employees were not exposed to live electrical wires by covering the front of an electrical box (120 volt). (c) On or about May 5, 2021 employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working in the Paint Dry Room and the employer did not ensure employees were not exposed to live electrical wires by removing electrical extension cords with exposed wires (120 volt).
