29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  (a) On or about April 6, 2021, for the employees exposed to fall hazards from approximately 32 feet while performing roofing activities in the vicinity of 1627 31st Street NW in Mandan, North Dakota.  Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1304028, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 23, 2018,   with respect to a workplace located at or near Vicinity of 211 West Burleigh Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
