29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom was maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided: The walking-working surface in between Debone Line #4 and #5 was littered with chicken skin and not maintained in a dry condition, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards.
