29 CFR 1910.151(c):29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Lake Foods, LLC - 355 Industrial Park Road, Hartwell, Ga - Employees were exposed to skin and face burn hazards while working with and near PAA (Promoat), a corrosive antimicrobial agent; and the eye wash station was not hooked up to a water system. Also, the eye wash was blocked with boxes and other debris.
