29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Jose Romero at 3095 Morning Bird Castle Rock, CO 80109: On or before 5/9/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that roofing employees working on the roof of a two story single family home with a 7/12 pitch were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 10 and 20 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
