An employee making Bioforge was exposed to carbon monoxide at a time weighted average of 227.3 ppm. This level exceed the permissible exposure level of 50 ppm by 4.55 times. This exposure was derived from a carbon monoxide calculation based upon post-exposure carboxyhemoglobin measurements on May 8, 2021. b. An employee making Bioforge was exposed to carbon monoxide at a time weighted average of 109.4 ppm. This level exceed the permissible exposure level of 50 ppm by 2.19 times. This exposure was derived from a carbon monoxide calculation based upon post-exposure carboxyhemoglobin measurements on May 8, 2021.
