29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) On or about May 12, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed the employees to hazardous chemicals in the workplace. An unknown hazardous chemical, that was reported to be Super Degreaser, was inside an unlabeled spray container used in the shop area. The container was not labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier of the hazardous chemical. Caliber Collision was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1454279, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 790 Copper Center Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO 80921. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
