29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about May 13, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 206 Lake Ave. NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646. Employees were working on upper areas of the roof with tools and materials that could have fallen on lower employees and the employer did not ensure that they were wearing protective helmets.
