29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Moulder Machine: On or about May 4, 2021 and times prior, employees used the molder machine to make fence posts. The moulder was not adequately guarded to protect employees from the rotating knives on the machine while performing setup operations or cleaning.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) UFP Saw 99 Assembly Area: On or about May 11, 2021 and times prior employees used compressed air to blow saw dust out of the back of the machine. The compressed air was not reduced to less than 30psi and was measured at 56.9psi.
