29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area.  a)395 Steeley Way: On or about May 12,2021, and times prior, employees working with lubricants, greases, rubbing alcohol, and paint have not been trained by the employer on the hazards associated with the chemicals in their work area, the location of SDS's, labeling, use of secondary containers, storage, and other components of the hazard communication program, prior to being exposed to the chemicals.

29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6):The basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of this section, was not provided by the employer in any written or oral format, to employees who wear respirators whose use is not required by this section or by the employer.  a) 395 Steeley Way; On or about May 12, 2021, employees that voluntarily use respirators were not told in either written or verbal form, by the employer, on use, maintenance, cleaning and care, and warnings regarding the respirators limitations, how much it will protect you, do not wear your respirator into atmospheres containing contaminants for which your respirator is not designed to protect against, and to keep track of the respirator they are using.
