29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Interior Stairway - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet while accessing the first floor utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 05/07/21. b) Interior Stairway - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet while accessing the first floor utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 05/19/21. Datty's Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1052(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1490803, citation number 01, item number 06 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/04/21, with respect to a workplace located at 216 Spring St., Paterson NJ.
