29 CFR 1910.110(b)(16): Personnel performing installation, removal, operation, and maintenance work shall be properly trained in such function. Employees were exposed to a fire and explosion hazard from portable propane container. Employees working on sorting portable propane containers in the tank storage yard were not provided sufficient training on inspecting containers and procedures for leaking containers.
