Employees were performing framing activities on the newly constructed residential home, with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on or about May 19, 2021.

An employee was not utilizing fall protection while installing roof decking /plywood while working on the roof, approximately 30 feet above ground level, on or about May 19, 2021.
