29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Product Warehouse: On or about May 26, 2021, the employer did not insure employees exposed to corrosives (Battery Acid) associated with Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) battery filling and maintenance operations were provided immediate means for flushing of the eyes. The eyewash station available for use was not was not maintained in a usable condition, in-that it was empty.
