29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): Location: 2017 Corporate 44 Dr., Fenton, Missouri, 63026: On or about August 2, 2021, where fork truck powering propane tanks were used and changed out as needed, the hazard assessment performed did not include protective equipment that included arm and face protection from cryogenic burns.
