29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems are provided in accordance with � 1910.28. Saw Shop - The stair railings leading to the second floor were inadequate in the following ways exposing employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards. 1. A standard railing is needed on the left side ascending. 2. The railing on the right side ascending needs to extend the full length of the stair risers and a mid-rail is needed.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer shall maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and shall ensure that they are readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s). Wood and Saw Shops - Employees used hazardous chemical products like flammable paints, fuels, and lubricants as well as Quikrete and Sakrete, containing Silica and Portland cement. MSDS's have not been replaced with current SDS's as required. Employees are exposed to physical and health hazards of these products.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. Saw Shop - An electrical panel board at the end of the work bench (120V) was blocked by a carboard box and metal containers and did not permit a 3-foot minimum clearance. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
