29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 2061 South College Street Auburn, AL (Porte-coch�re/Roof Area): On or about May 19, 2021, the controlling employer, Harvill, Inc. failed to ensure the employees of the subcontractor Dobson Sheet Metal & Roofing & Specialties, Inc. were using fall protection while performing roofing activities; exposing employees to fall hazards of up to sixteen (16) feet to the concrete ground below.
