29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on May 27, 2021 at a residential construction site located at 7427 North 169th Street, Bennington, Nebraska. Employees were installing siding on the second story of a residential construction site without fall protection. The roof was measured at a height of approximately 11 feet, 9 inches. Matson Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245372, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 19964 Monroe Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68136.
