Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 60 feet.  b) On or about 05/17/2021 and thereafter, employees doing demolition of a roof unclipped their lanyards to transition to the next horizontal lifeline along the exposed edge. Richmond Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1404693, Citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/20/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Bay 20th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11214.
