29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Roof Exterior: Employees engaged in sheathing activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft falls to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection was worn but not secured via an anchor point so as to prevent falls. Condition noted on or about 06/01/2021. C.Y. & Son Contracting Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1408206, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 08/01/2019 with respect to a work place located at 142 Nottingham Road, Ramsey NJ 07446. This citation became a final order on 09/23/2019 (DCAT)
