29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about June 3, 2021, employees working in the shop were not provided with an eye wash flush station in the immediate work area when they were working with products, such as Tech Chek, capable of causing serious eye damage.
