29 CFR 1910.177(c)(3):The employer shall evaluate each employee's ability to perform these tasks and to service rim wheels safely, and shall provide additional training as necessary to assure that each employee maintains his or her proficiency. On or about July 28, 2021, Pomp's Tire Service did not evaluate employees to ensure that they maintained proficiency in the servicing of rim wheels.

29 CFR 1910.177(g): Safe operating procedure-single piece rim wheels. The employer shall establish a safe operating procedure for servicing single piece rim wheels and shall assure that employees are instructed in and follow that procedure. The procedure shall the elements identified in section (g)(1) through (g)(12) of this standard. On or about July 28, 2021, Pomp's Tire Service did not ensure that employees were following safe operating procedures for single piece rim wheels.
