29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) 531 Maple Street, Nescopeck, PA 18635, Manufacturing Area - Employees were observed operating circular handfed table saws (trim saws) that were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, which exposed employees to an amputation hazard, on or about June 7, 2021. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQURED
