29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about 06/08/2021, at the front roof section of the new residential house under construction, an employee was working on a 6:12 pitch roof at a height of approximately 15 feet and 8 inches without any fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 15 feet and 8 inches onto compact dirt and broken tiles below.  b) On or about 06/08/2021, at the rear roof section of the new residential house under construction, an employee/foreman was working on a 6:12 pitch roof at a height of approximately 11 feet onto the compact dirt below.  The employer Orion Builders Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1376854, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6630 Sunset Vista Way, Land O Lakes, FL 34649.
