OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to rollover and struck by hazards: a. 160 Terminal Ave., Clark, NJ - Production Area The employer did not ensure powered industrial operator restraint devices or seat belts were used. Employees engaged in warehousing activities operating equipment which included, but was not limited to, Landoll, Drexel, Model SLT35AC, powered industrial trucks, operated the equipment without wearing the seatbelt. Violation observed on or about June 10, 2021

Violation occurred on or about June 8, 2021
