29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iv):  Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  A.)  Lathrop Electric, Inc., 150 West 10th Street, Erie, PA  16501, third floor, on or about June 9, 2021 and times prior thereto:  A flexible cord powering a string of temporary lights was routed through wall opening.  The flexible cord made a sharp bend at the upper threshold of the opening, and placed strain on the terminal of the temporary light luminaire.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
