29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or before June 10, 2021, employees engaged in residential construction operations were exposed to fall hazards for not using any form of fall protection. Ceballos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1246882, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 4, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 780 Woodman Stone, Horizon City, TX 79928. Ceballos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1181486, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7444 Glacier Dr., El Paso, TX 79911.
