On or about June 28, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working in and around an excavation with new concrete foundation footings were exposed to protruding ends of rebar that were not guarded, thereby exposing employees to impalement hazards.  Og Plumbing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.701(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1467549, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2346 W.
