During the onsite inspection the OSHA 300 logs and form 300A, Summary Sheet for the years 2018 to current were requested. When not provided an email was sent on June 22, 2021, requesting the OSHA 300 logs and form 300A, Summary Sheet for the years 2018 to current. The employer did not respond to the email and did provide documents to OSHA.
