29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1):The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: a) On or about July 20, 2021 Adam Lewis was exposed to continuous noise at an equivalent sound level of approximately 89 dBA during the 481 minute sampling period. b) On or about July 20, 2021 Nick Novera was exposed to continuous noise at an equivalent sound level of approximately 90.2 dBA during the 445 minute sampling period. c) On or about July 20, 2021 Killian Lott was exposed to continuous noise at an equivalent sound level of approximately 89.7 dBA during the 405 minute sampling period. d) On or about July 20, 2021 Stephen Ander was exposed to continuous noise at an equivalent sound level of approximately 88.4 dBA during the 478 minute sampling period.
