The employees were expose to struck-by hazards. Chris Duff dba C & S Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1493430, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 5, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8718 Rapid Water, Sherwood, AR 72120.
