29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) Worksite was located at 101 Venture Way, Secaucus , NJ 07094 An employee who was tasked with operating a Hegla Pack Lifter was exposed to struck by hazards as they were not given the annual refresher training required by the manufacturer to operate the machine. Violation occurred on or about June 14, 2021.
