29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(7)(iv):The employer did not provide, at no cost to employees who perform housekeeping operations in an area which contains ACM or PACM, an asbestos awareness training course, which shall at a minimum contain the following elements: health effects of asbestos, locations of ACM and PACM in the building/facility, recognition of ACM and PACM damage and deterioration, requirements in this standard relating to housekeeping, and proper response to fiber release episodes, to all employees who perform housekeeping work in areas where ACM and/or PACM is present. U.S. Postal Service: Employees who performed housekeeping and tile removal/ replacement work were exposed to health hazards related to Asbestos because proper training was not provided which would cover areas related to housekeeping and proper response to fiber release episodes.

Waste, scrap, debris, bags, containers, equipment, and clothing contaminated with asbestos consigned for disposal, shall be collected, recycled and disposed of in sealed impermeable bags, or other closed, impermeable containers. U.S. Postal Service: Employees were exposed to health hazards related to asbestos containing material (ACM) because the asbestos containing tiles that were removed from D19 and RTS working mail area, were thrown away in ordinary trash receptacles.

U.S. Postal Service: For Calendar Year 2020, the employer did not transfer information correctly from OSHA Form 300 to 300A.
