On or about June 21, 2021, employees engaged in power distribution construction at site Wild Rye #2 near Big Spring, TX, were exposed to electrocution hazards as the employer failed to hold a second job briefing when the existent power pole involved in the hot crossing operations was determined unable to hold the weight of insulating material.
