Employees engaged in exterior brick facing installation worked from a pump jack scaffold that did not have end rails or safety nets properly installed, and the employees were not using fall protection. Violation observed on or about June 25, 2021

Employees engaged in the installation of brick facing worked from a pump jack scaffold where the lanyards used for fall protection were secured to the pump jack anchors at the roof level and/or the scaffold pole, which was not intended to be used as an anchor point. Violation observed on or about June 25, 2021
