29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws: JOB SITE: 10989 Gravois Industrial Court, Saint Louis, MO 63128, on or about 6/23/2021, the employer did not ensure flexible cords and cables connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws on the power supply to the cheese applicator. The electrical connection was being used to hang another power cord, thus pulling the fitting away from the joint or terminal screws.
