29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material created a hazard. Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about 06/13/2021, in the Degreaser area, the employer did not ensure that material carts were stable against collapse. An overhead crane was used to place bundles of metal tubing into a forty-three (43) inch cradle on a material cart with a twenty-five (25) inch wheel base, causing it to tip over.
