29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about June 25, 2021, at the residential construction site located at 17429 Veranda Oaks Ct, in Hockley, TX, employees were exposed to eye injuries while operating nail guns without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    On or about June 26, 2021, at the residential construction site located at 17429 Veranda Oaks Ct. in Hockley, TX,  employees were exposed to  fall hazard of more than 6 feet while performing framing work on the roof of a house without the use of any fall protection system.
