29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:   On or about 23 June 2021, at the US CBP office located at Sunbay Marina, Fajardo, PR.  A 10K electrical power generator attached to the building and parked at the parking area with no physical barriers to protect it against impact, a minimum of one regulated portable fire extinguisher was not provided or accessible to employees in case of a fire emergency.
